NEGRONI WEEK - 24 - 30 JUNE 2019

We’ll be doing an extra special menu in support of Water For People for this year’s Negroni week. Water For People exists to promote the development of high-quality drinking water and sanitation services, accessible to all, and sustained by strong communities, businesses, and governments.

The best part, is all you have to do to help is drink Negronis! We’re running an amazing menu for the whole week featuring our favourite Negroni expressions exploring some amazing local and international spirits, and they’ve all come to the party to help us donate $2 from every Negroni sold to Water For People!

Oh, and don’t forget. Our Negronis are really, really good.

“Good ends, as I have frequently to point out, can be achieved only by the employment of appropriate means. The end cannot justify the means, for the simple and obvious reason that the means employed determine the nature of the ends produced.”
— Aldous Huxley (1937)

The Venue

Ends & Means is a new cocktail bar project by Josh Hunt, Marc Frew, Ryan White & Mitchell White.

We aim to deliver a world-class drinking experience featuring hand-crafted cocktails, carefully curated wines and a rotating selection of independent, locally-produced craft beers, all while attempting to reduce our own environmental impact through low-waste, sustainable business practices.

The space was entirely designed and built by the creators; with a view to paying homage to the city it was born in (Melbourne, Australia) and the rich history of the building, which has stood since the 1850s and at one point was home to the Aboriginal Public Housing Board of Victoria.
